Author ' s response to reviews Title : Pathways through which health

2.1 Abstract/Background: The authors use "situation", i.e. ..."poor health leads to early retirement in some situations, ...". I'm afraid that it is not clear what they mean by situations and that is not really relevant for the study either. Therefore I would suggest some other word, maybe "cases" or "different ways" instead. Ł In response to the reviewer, we changed the word “situation” in “employees”. 2.2 Abstract/Methods: I miss the description of method used in interpretation of data. Please provide more details how the data was evaluated and processed. Ł In response to the reviewer, we added the following sentence in the methods part of the abstract. Ł Indeed, we did not report the number of persons for each pathway in our manuscript, since qualitative research is more suitable to show possible mechanisms than the frequency of their occurrence. However, in response to the reviewer, we added the number of persons per pathway in the results section of the manuscript.
